SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders to Portugal are shipped via courier - GLS.
Receive an email on the day of delivery from GLS.
After processing your order, you should receive it within 2 days from the date it was sent by us (Portugal and Spain).
Processing normally takes 2 days, after which we ship the order.
For Islands and the rest of the world, shipping is done via CTT.
All orders have an associated tracking number. You will receive the tracking number and website for research by email.
We make exchanges, but we do not cover shipping costs.
Shipping is done by the customer using the carrier of their choice. We always recommend that the shipment has an associated tracking number. If it doesn't reach us, we won't process the return.
