Following purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or return your item (voucher given).
We do not give cash refunds for purchases made in the RARUS store.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR RARUSSHOP.COM
In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, when ordering a RARUS item on the www.rarusshop.comwebsite, on social networks (Facebook and Instagram) or by e-mail, you have 14 calendar days (not working days) to exchange/return the item ordered, from the time you receive it.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs involved in the exchange/return.
For an exchange/return to be made, the item must not have been used or washed and it must have the hygiene seals, in the case of swimwear, as well as the labels, as sent.
If we receive the item and it does not comply with the above, the return will not be permitted.
You will also have to pay the return postage so that we can return the item to you.
We are strict about accepting products that do not comply with these stipulations.
The hygiene seal must be intact as well as all labels and protections.
Bikinis should always be tried on with underwear underneath.
There must be no marks. Do not use oils, tanning lotion or foundations when trying on the bikini.
If the bikini has any marks/stains from any type of product, it will not be accepted for return.
Items that are damaged due to washing errors or misuse will not be exchanged or returned as RARUS cannot be held responsible for their misuse/washing.
The exchange/return will only be made once we have received the item and checked that it meets the conditions described above. Upon receipt of the item to be exchanged, RARUS will inform you if everything is in order so that we can issue you with a voucher/coupon or refund that you can use the same day or up to one year later.
With this voucher you can buy any stocked item in the store of equal or greater value.
You must send the item to us via CTT or the carrier of your choice. Please send the parcel to us by registered post so that we can track it. We cannot be held responsible if the customer opts for the cheapest delivery option and the parcel gets lost en route.
You can use any opaque bag to avoid having to pay for packaging at the post office.
IF YOU ONLY WANT TO EXCHANGE ONE PART OF THE BIKINI, JUST SEND THE PART YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND THE COMPLETE SET.
