Online Purchases (rarusshop.com / Instagram / Email)
In accordance with Portuguese Law (DL 24/2014), you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be returned in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, with labels and hygiene stickers intact.

Bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Avoid trying on swimwear with oils, tanning lotion or makeup.

If the item shows any marks, stains or damage, the return will not be accepted.

Items damaged by incorrect washing or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the return is not accepted, you will be required to cover the cost to have the item shipped back to you.

We recommend sending via registered mail or tracked courier. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

You may use any opaque packaging — you do not need to purchase special materials.
Partial Exchanges (e.g., just one part of a bikini)?
Yes, you may return only the part you wish to exchange. There’s no need to send the full set.

If eligible, you'll receive either a refund (processed to your original payment method) or a voucher to use within 12 months.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may take 4–5 business days to appear.
Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
⚠️ Important Notes

If the parcel is refused or unclaimed and the shipping method used was FedEx, a €40–€60 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs. This is non-negotiable.

If a return is shipped from outside the European Union, Rarus will not be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes related to the return.
If the Portuguese government requires us to pay these fees to release the parcel, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund.
